Chance Physical Therapy and Fitness is an independent and locally owned out patient physical therapy facility that includes fitness memberships for the general public.

Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality of physical therapy services available in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.  Patients in our facility are encouraged to be proactive in their rehabilitation program.  As a patient, you will be given the proper direction needed to meet, and when possible, exceed your rehabilitation goals.

Another goal of Chance Physical Therapy and Fitness is to provide a facility where local residents of this community can improve their overall health and fitness level.  A staff member is available at all times to assist with all your workout needs.

We are located in the southeast corner of Oklahoma, ~ 15 miles north of the Red River (Texas border) and ~ 35 miles west of the Arkansas state line.  Once you reach Idabel, we are easy to find just off of Lynn Lane.  We would be glad to give you more specific directions by phone, 580-286-PT4U (7848).
